Nocatee is excited to announce Twenty Mile at Nocatee, it’s new community that will be set to an old Florida rustic theme. Twenty Mile will be comprised of several unique neighborhoods and amenities, each offering homes in a variety of types and prices from the $200’s to over $1 million.

The first phase, slated to open in the fourth quarter of 2014, will include three neighborhoods - Twenty Mile Village, the Pointe and the Island. Twenty Mile residents will enjoy the grandeur of sprawling oak trees, split rail fencing and other unique rustic finishings.

Twenty Mile at Nocatee is the site of the historic “Twenty Mile House,” a military outpost in the 1700’s that was a way station on the trail between Spanish St. Augustine and fortified St. Johns Bluff. Spanish soldiers, mail carriers and travelers found food, rest and fresh horses here. The name “Twenty Mile” represents its location twenty miles north of St. Augustine and halfway to St. Johns Bluff and Fort Caroline.
