The master planned community, Nocatee participated this year in the 2011 Parade of Homes. The Parade of Homes has been an ongoing event for 11 years which takes place in Jacksonville,FL, Ponte Vedra,FL , and St. Augustine,FL (Clay County, Duval County, Nassau County, and St. Johns County). The event was open to the public, and allowed house hunters to find the homes they wanted to visit by searching; builder, square footage, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and price range.
Nocatee, which is located in Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra, Florida(Duval County and St. Johns County) participated by showing six different homes that are for sale in their seven to choose from communities. Participants who were house hunting were able to view the six decorated homes and choose by price range and community. Nocatee` s communities are nicely separated by square footage and by the price range of the homes. Each community offers new homes with open floor plans and great amenities. Whether the house hunters were searching for an affordable new town home that is under $150,000 or a brand-new luxury home with scenic views from their wild life preserves, they were able to visit it at the Parade of Homes 2011.
No matter what type or size home you are looking for, you can find it in one of the communities. If you unfortunately missed this great event, you can stop by and visit Nocatee` s model homes, make an appointment with one of Nocatee`s realtors, or use the home finder to find which Nocatee community best fits your family!
