NEFBA (Northeast Florida Builders Association) hosted a 2013 SAM Tram at Nocatee on Friday! This highly-anticipated industry event turned out to be one of NEFBA’s most popular SAM Trams in years, as many Real Estate Professionals were anxious to learn more about the community’s growth and amazing opportunities available for new homebuyers.
Two charter buses took Realtors throughout the community, making stops in every Nocatee neighborhood and almost every Nocatee model home! Nocatee builders were so excited to greet and show the sixty-five plus Realtors around their award-winning model homes, raffle fun prizes and show off their communities. Along with neighborhood stops, SAM Tram participants were treated to a Lil’ Fox Pizzeria lunch in Nocatee’s newest Splash Water Park.
