Northeast Florida’s Parade of Homes has showcased some of the best new homes since 1954. This year, winners were selected from seventy-five model homes from the area’s finest builders, including many with an established presence in the Nocatee community.
The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) received model home entries from sixty-three different communities from Fernandina to St. Augustine. Nocatee’s GOLD Winners included David Weekley Homes in Enclave, ICI Homes in Greenleaf Preserve and Providence Homes in Greenleaf Village. Entries ranged from $161,000 to $1 million, offering something for all varieties of prospective home buyers.
