Nocatee is the best place to live in the state of Florida, according to new rankings published in Newsweek magazine.

The article highlights Nocatee’s “carefully designed neighborhoods featuring everything from parks and recreation to shopping, restaurants and more.” The coastal community’s location puts it “at the doorstep of golf courses, beaches and the airports of Jacksonville,” reports Newsweek.
