The Ranch at Twenty Mile will feature upscale homes by current Nocatee home-builders, David Weekley Homes and Dostie Homes. New homes in this dynamic 52 home neighborhood will start in the high $500s and feature a variety of home-designs, most with preserve and water views.
Located in St. Johns County in Nocatee’s northeastern corner off Valley Ridge Boulevard and the Nocatee Parkway, these Twenty Mile residents will enjoy easy access to Nocatee’s amenities and Town Center. St. Johns County School District’s newest K-8 school will be located adjacent to Nocatee’s Twenty Mile neighborhoods, built on land donated by the Nocatee developer. Construction will begin this spring, and the school will be opening for the 2017-18 year.
