Toll Brothers Announces Plans to Build Oakwood at Nocatee

Toll Brothers has announced plans to build Oakwood at Nocatee, a gated townhome community in the award-winning master-planned Nocatee development. Located off Valley Ridge Boulevard, Oakwood at Nocatee will include 43 townhomes built with the outstanding quality, craftsmanship, and value for which Toll Brothers is known.

Ranging in size from 2,250 to 2,500 square feet, each townhome will include first floor master bedrooms and extensive interior appointments. Construction for the Oakwood at Nocatee sales center and model townhomes will begin in early spring, and the community is expected to open January 2020.
