The greatest amenities in Nocatee were not built at all. Rather, they are the significant areas that were developed by nature and have been preserved. More than 60%, nearly 9,000 acres, of Nocatee is dedicated to the preservation and conservation of the natural environment.

SR 9B Opening To Traffic

Commutes from Nocatee and other northern St. Johns County locations are about to become less congested thanks to a new roadway opening this week. State Road 9B (SR9B), a four lane divided interstate highway connecting the eastern beltway of I-295 to I-95 in Duval County, opens to traffic today.

The upcoming arrival of Trader Joe's, and other national chains, to the Northeast Florida area are creating quite the buzz! New department stores (such as the Nordstrom scheduled to open in 2014) are appearing on the Jacksonville map, providing destination-type retail for Nocatee and Ponte Vedra residents.
