GATE Convenience Store Coming to Nocatee

GATE has recently announced plans to build a convenience store and gas station at Nocatee.

The new store will be located near Davis Park, at the intersection of Nocatee Parkway and Davis Park Road. The state-of-the-art facility will feature approximately 6,000 square feet of interior space, generous fueling positions, non-ethanol fuel and car wash.

Skinner Bros. Realty to Bring Dunkin’ Donuts and More Retail to Nocatee

New retailers are coming to Nocatee Town Center.

In December of 2014, Skinner Bros. Realty purchased 6.25 acres on the eastern side of Crosswater Parkway in the heart of the Town Center. Skinner Bros. recently announced Town Center East’s first retailers – Dunkin’ Donuts, Big Fish Yoga, and Coastal Wine Market.
