South Kitchen and Spirits Opening at Nocatee

South Kitchen and Spirits is opening a new location in the Nocatee Town Center.

South Kitchen and Spirits will open its second location in a new retail building being developed by Skinner Bros. Realty, east of Crosswater Parkway and behind Dunkin' Donuts and MShack. The new restaurant is scheduled to open December 2017 and build-out will begin this summer. 

The 4,050 square foot restaurant will include a covered patio, as well as a large bar area with hand-crafted cocktails, local beer and wine.

Planet Swim Opening Fall 2017 at Nocatee

Planet Swim's new training facility will make its home adjacent to Davis Park, a recreational park in Nocatee featuring nine sports fields, dog parks and much more. This site has been strategically selected to serve the immediate and surrounding community with specialized teaching and training programs as well as hosting competitions for the local high schools.

New Retailers Opening Summer 2017 in the Nocatee Town Center

Five new retailers are opening in the ever-expanding Nocatee Town Center in Summer 2017.


Artsy Abode, Gwen Berlin, GNC, Jersey Mike's Subs, and Orangetheory Fitness will be located at the intersection of Capital Green Drive and Settlement Drive, just southeast of Publix.  The building, owned by Regency Centers, is currently under construction.
