Toll Brothers, the nation’s leading builder of luxury homes, has announced plans to build Franklin Square at Crosswater, a gated townhome community in the award-winning master-planned Nocatee development.
Franklin Square at Crosswater will include 76 townhomes ranging in size from 2,250 to 2,500 square feet. The community will be located adjacent to Crosswater Park, which is set to open next spring and will feature a pool with lap lanes, a large playground, an event lawn, a dog park, and an open-air pavilion. 
Sales for Franklin Square at Crosswater are expected to begin in Late 2020.
Additional Toll Brothers’ Nocatee communities include Coastal Oaks at Nocatee and The Settlement at Twenty Mile. Oakwood at Nocatee, a gated townhome community, is expected to open fall 2019.
