Living close to the water is a luxury enjoyed by many on the First Coast. In fact, Nocatee residents are just moments away from the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterways. Whether it’s the view, scenery or lifestyle, there are a variety of reasons homebuyers decide to live close to the water.
