Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) has celebrated new home construction for over 60 years by hosting the acclaimed Parade of Homes event every spring. Stretching from Fernandina to St. Augustine, Parade of Homes showcases homes across northeast Florida, encompassing the latest craftsmanship, building design, innovation, and community development. 

Parade of Homes 2019 runs from April 27 through May 12. This year, 9 of 77 homes participating in Parade of Homes are located in Nocatee. The Nocatee builders participating in Parade of Homes in 2019 include: Dostie Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes, Toll Brothers and Pulte Homes. 

Participants will have the opportunity to tour designer-decorated homes in some of Nocatee's newest neighborhoods, including, Heritage Trace at Crosswater and Tidewater at Nocatee! Luxurious, distinctively-designed homes can be found in the historically-rich Twenty Mile area, specifically The Colony at Twenty Mile, The Ranch at Twenty Mile and The Settlement at Twenty Mile. Homes accompanied with private parks and stunning landscape can be found in the neighborhoods like the gated Coastal Oaks. As always, Parade goers touring the model homes will also eligible to win exclusive prizes and giveaways from event sponsors.
