Northeast Florida’s Parade of Homes has showcased some of the best new homes since the spring of 1954. This year, winners were selected from 100+ move-in ready and model home entries from the area’s finest builders, including many of Nocatee’s nationally renowned homebuilders. NEFBA awarded and recognized many of Nocatee's homebuilders with 2013 Parade of Homes Awards for their unique and hot-selling homedesigns last week.
Nocatee’s list of winning homebuilders and their entries highlights the wide variety of housing products that can be found inside this coastal community of neighborhoods.
