Dostie Homes is joining CalAtlantic Homes, David Weekley Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes, and Riverside Homes in Crosswater at Nocatee, Nocatee's newest collection of neighborhoods. Already, builders’ architectural model-homes have combined to create an Americana and nostalgic “Old Towne” theme. Crosswater neighborhoods will include a wide variety of home-sites, including easy-to-maintain smaller lots, to larger lots for growing families, with many backing up to a preserve or lake. Homes will range from 1,300 to 3,200 square feet, including both bungalow and two-story floor-plans.
