New community amenities are coming soon to Nocatee! Construction on the new amenities at Cypress Park is set to begin this September.
Various aquatic and park features will include a shallow-entry family pool, sports playfield, designated dog park, covered pavilion with seating and an event lawn. Surrounding trail ways will be ideal for those looking to walk, run or bike with friends and family in the communal atmosphere. Park and aquatics area accents will complement the neighborhood’s quaint and cottage feel. Carved out of the natural environment, the tree-canopied park will remain home to native flora and fauna. Designated EV parking spots and bike racks will also be available for Nocatee residents.
The location of these amenities will be nestled near the front of Cypress Trails, and directly west of Brookwood at Nocatee. Based within Nocatee’s western region of neighborhoods, these amenities are designed to serve all residents and complement Nocatee’s central amenity hub. New amenities are set to open Spring 2015.
