Regency Centers will begin construction on a new building at Nocatee’s Town Center as new retailers have officially been announced. Future Nocatee Town Center retail is set to include: Rainbow Pediatric Center, Remax Unlimited, Trompe Loeil Salon & Spa, UPS and additional space for a restaurant.
Existing Town Center retailers include Northeast Florida's largest Publix Supermarket, a family friendly Dick's Wings & Grill, YOBE Frozen Yogurt, optometrist, family dentist, veterinary hospital, dry-cleaners, nail spa and a national hair salon chain.
Regency Centers plans to begin construction this summer, with an expected completion date of March 2015.
A Baptist Health primary care facility and a neighborhood Daily’s Convenience Store are recently announced Town Center additions that will also arrive this fall.
Nocatee’s Town Center is a walkable and pedestrian friendly area of neighborhood shops and services, conveniently located off Nocatee Parkway and near Nocatee’s Splash Water Park. Families enjoy the convenience of walking, biking or driving EV carts to the Nocatee Town Center.
