The Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) Parade of Homes 2017 features model homes in 75 different neighborhoods across the First Coast. Since Spring 1954, NEFBA’s Parade of Homes has showcased the best in new construction design, including various entries from Nocatee’s nationally-recognized builders.
This year, Parade of Homes is showcasing 105 homes with 19 of those located in the master-planned Nocatee community. Builders with Nocatee homes featured in Parade of Homes 2017- CalAtlantic Homes, David Weekley Homes, Dostie Homes, Dream Finders Homes, ICI Homes, Mattamy Homes, Providence Homes and Toll Brothers.
Prospective home-buyers and real estate professionals alike will enjoy touring designer-decorated models well suited for a variety of budgets and lifestyles displayed across Nocatee and the First Coast. Nocatee neighborhoods - Artisan Lakes, Coastal Oaks, Lakeside at Town Center, The Palms, The Villas, The Crossing at Twenty Mile, The Island at Twenty Mile, The Outlook at Twenty Mile, and The Ranch at Twenty Mile - are home to participating models and move-in-ready new homes ranging from the low $200’s to $1 million plus.
Parade of Homes 2017 runs from Saturday, April 22nd to Sunday, April 30th. Those touring model homes (in Parade) are eligible for prizes and give-aways by event sponsors. Select Realtors helped kick off the annual event with an official Parade of Homes VIP Preview Night and Party inside Crosswater Hall at Nocatee on Thursday, April 20th.
