Parade of Homes 2018 is almost here!
For over 60 years, the Northeast Florida Builders Association (NEFBA) has celebrated new construction by hosting the acclaimed Parade of Homes every spring. Stretching from Fernandina to St. Augustine, Parade of Homes showcases homes across northeast Florida, encompassing the latest in craftsmanship, building design, innovation, and community development.
Parade of Homes 2018 will run from April 14th through the 29th. This year, Parade will feature 91 homes with 15 of those located in the Nocatee community. The assortment of displayed homes and prices (from the low $300's to $1 million plus) will provide various style choices to a wide range of buyers. The Nocatee builders featured in Parade of Homes 2018 include: David Weekley Homes, Dostie Homes, ICI Homes, Providence Homes, Riverside Homes, The Pineapple Corporation, and Toll Brothers.

To keep Parade goers from getting overwhelmed (the event covers over 65 neighborhoods across the region), Parade launched a brand new interactive app! Participants will have the opportunity to tour designer-decorated homes in some of Nocatee's newest neighborhoods, including Timberland Ridge, Heritage Trace at Crosswater, and Liberty Cove at Crosswater! Luxurious, distinctively-designed homes can be found in the historically-rich Twenty Mile area, specifically The Vista at Twenty Mile and The Ranch at Twenty Mile. Homes accompanied with private parks and stunning landscape can be found in the neighborhoods like the gated Coastal Oaks. As always, Parade goers touring the model homes will also eligible to win exclusive prizes and giveaways from event sponsors.
