Starbucks and Tijuana Flats will be joining the Nocatee Town Center Summer 2017.
The two exciting community additions will be located in a shared Regency Centers building directly north of Wendys and south of Daily's, on the western side of Crosswater Parkway. 
Construction will begin soon, and both are expected to open for business by Summer 2017. The pedestrian- and EV (electric-vehicle)-friendly center of Nocatee is now home to over 30 different neighborhood shops and services, including Northeast Florida's largest Publix Supermarket. Alongside dining and shopping, the Nocatee Town Center offers doctors and dentists offices for residents' wellness.
