Nocatee is adding to its select list of distinguished home-builders, expanding to meet the ongoing demand for new home products in the nation’s third best-selling community. 
Riverside Homes is joining CalAtlantic, David Weekley, ICI and Providence Homes in Nocatee’s newest collection of neighborhoods, Crosswater at Nocatee. A Jacksonville-based builder and one of the fastest-growing companies in the area, Riverside will offer brand new floor-plans in Freedom Trails and Heritage Trace in Crosswater. Builders’ architectural elevations will combine to create an Americana and nostalgic “Old Towne” theme. 
Crosswater at Nocatee neighborhoods will include a wide variety of home-sites, including easy-to-maintain smaller lots, to large lots for growing families, with many backing up to a preserve or lake. Homes will range from 1,300 to 3,200 square feet, including both bungalow and two-story floor plans.
