Starling is pleased to announce that construction has commenced on a 140 unit independent living community located in the master-planned Nocatee community! Clearing/construction is well underway and slated to be complete by early Spring 2019.
The new community will be located north of and adjacent to Starling’s 92 unit assisted living and memory care community scheduled to open in December 2017. When completed, the two adjacent buildings will create the regions premier rental retirement destination.
