Construction will soon begin on a number of new office and retail buildings at Nocatee Town Center. Construction of Town Plaza Offices at Nocatee, four, 7,500 square-foot single-story office buildings, will begin this winter. A joint venture between Silverfield Group and Morales Group, the buildings will house business and professional condos.
“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to be part of the great story that continues to unfold at Nocatee,” said Leed Silverfield of the Silverfield Group. “We look forward to completing the project as soon as possible so that more professionals and small businesses will be able to better serve the needs of Nocatee residents and others living nearby.”
In addition, Regency Centers will begin construction on a new retail building at Nocatee Town Center August 2014. Tenants of the new retail space will include Rainbow Pediatric Center, Re/Max Unlimited, Trompe L’oeil Salon and a UPS Store. The building also includes space for a restaurant.
Rick Ray, PARC Group President, said the new office and retail space is a natural response to the tremendous growth Nocatee has experienced in the past two years. In addition to the new neighborhood services slated to open next year, there are nine new Nocatee neighborhoods slated to open this year. A neighborhood Daily’s Convenience Store, a Baptist Health primary care facility and a St. Johns County fire station will all also join the community.
