Over two hundred real estate professionals and their families took part in the NEFBA SMC Family Picnic at Splash Water Park on July 18th!
Event attendees experienced the resort-style community water park, played carnival games set up by Nocatee homebuilders and enjoyed a fantastic barbeque meal provided by Builders Care.
Families had full access to the water park, including the recently-opened new amenities (a new family pool, interactive water play-ground and more) within Splash Park. The fun didn’t stop there; guests of all ages had a blast soaking family, friends and coworkers in a carnival dunk tank game provided by David Weekley Homes. Kids at this second annual SMC Family Picnic at Nocatee event thoroughly enjoyed jumping in the on-site bounce house provided by Mattamy Homes. To cap off an exicitng event, the Lennar Lazy Tides River Duck Race had everyone cheering for their respective ducks to be the first to complete the full lap around the course.
