Nocatee’s newest neighborhood, Cypress Trails, will be celebrating a Model Grand-Opening January 17th and 18th!
Cypress Trails is a remarkable, amenitized community with an abundance of water and preserve-view homesites from AV Homes, Lennar, and Mattamy Homes.
From 10:00 am – 6:00 pm on Saturday, and 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Sunday, builders invite everyone to enjoy drinks and desserts while touring the five new designer-decorated model homes. And by simply attending and registering during Grand-Opening weekend, all attendees will be eligible to win a Publix Supermarket gift-card.
On Saturday, Fusion Food Truck will join the festivities and be on site serving their full Indian/Thai/Mediterranean-inspired menu from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm. If you haven’t experienced the hand-crafted exotic specialties by one of Jacksonville’s most popular food trucks, you definitely want to see what our local food trucks can create for Nocatee residents.
Cirque du Nocatee, the first Nocatee Farmers Market of the New Year, is also on Saturday (10:00 am – 2:00 pm). Community guests are encouraged to stop by Nocatee’s monthly market before or after the neighborhood Grand-Opening event. This Nocatee Town Center based market is set to feature live-entertainment, acrobats, contortionists, performers, and over 80 local vendors.
