Watson Realty Corp. will celebrate the grand-opening of its new Nocatee office on Wednesday, March 23rd. The office will be Watson’s 22nd real estate office in the Greater Jacksonville area and 48th office overall.
The new office, located beside Baptist Health Primary Care and Ponte Vedra Wellness Center in Nocatee Town Center, opened its doors in January and loves to have Nocatee residents stop by. The grand-opening event on March 23rd (4:30-6pm), is open to the public and will be held on-site at 205 Marketside Ave, Ponte Vedra, FL 32081.

Watson Maintenance broke ground on the 3,000-square foot office in April 2015. The office features an open floor-plan, modern finishes and cutting-edge technologies. Along with over 20 agents, this location will accomodate support staff and Watson’s full family of services.
