Nocatee’s Splash Water Park expansion is complete, and the new amenities are now open! New Splash Park features include a large family pool, children’s spray ground, additional deck space and covered seating areas.
In addition to the expansion within Splash Water Park, construction continues on the Nocatee Swim Club, a state of the art complex that will feature a junior Olympic-size, eight-lane competition pool, shaded bleachers, restrooms, and an event lawn. There will also be multi-purpose activity courts, regulation-size pickleball courts, a sand volleyball court and a community garden.
The Nocatee Swim Club, sports courts and community garden are all located across from the Splash Water Park parking lot in the former location of the Nocatee Farmers Market. These amenities are expected to be open to residents later this summer.
“Community amenities are a major part of the Nocatee lifestyle and an important component of our overall master plan,” said Rick Ray, President of The PARC Group, Nocatee’s master developer. “Our growth has been spectacular, and we are excited to provide more recreational opportunities for our residents.”
Splash Tiki Bar, which opened earlier this month, is the most recent Splash Park concession to join Lil’ Fox Pizzeria in offering beer, wine and select cocktails to residents and their guests.
